As the CEO and Co-Founder of Network Partners Group, Tim offers a unique perspective on how companies can exceed business and customer goals with smarter staffing and better processes — a principle that serves as the foundation of Network Partners Group. Tim started his career in packaging engineering and quality assurance engineering at Cordis Corporation, and has spent the last 25 years working in the medical device industry. Tim specializes in operations, quality control, R&D and senior management, and has held leadership roles with Zimmer, Millstone Medical, Boston Scientific Corporation and Dupont Tyvek®. Thanks to his background, Tim helps companies develop and maintain strategies that keep them at the forefront of business opportunity and innovation.
As COO at Network Partners Group, Dean is responsible for leading the client experience and service delivery. He works with medical device, pharmaceutical, and biotechnology manufacturing organizations to overcome difficult challenges with a mix of consulting and outsourced solutions. Working exclusively within these FDA-regulated life sciences industries, Dean partners directly with each Client’s technical leadership to design and deploy the most appropriate mix of tactical and strategic consulting resources for any phase of the product lifecycle.
Prior to his current role at Network Partners Group, Dean was a Vice President of client services with Validant Consulting. In the role, he supported and managed multiple critical quality and compliance projects across the US and Europe.
Dean has helped manage and deliver on key project initiatives in companies such as Bayer Diagnostics, Boston Scientific, Wyeth Pharmaceuticals, Pfizer, Sandoz, Fresenius Medical, GlaxoSmithKline and Johnson & Johnson. Some Projects include: technical transfers, consent decreed remediation, warning letter remediation, CAPA system implementation, critical project resource deployment and management, site set up, site closures, new product development and crises containment projects. Dean has two patents for a stent delivery device.
Dean holds a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics Manufacturing from University of Limerick, Ireland, has been PMP certified from The Project Management Institute and has a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Liverpool St John Moore’s University, UK.
Karen leads Network Partners Group’s sales and marketing efforts, creating critical connections between the company’s community of experts and their clients. Karen started her career as a packaging engineer for Schneider and Smith & Nephew, and has spent more than 25 years growing her experience in the medical device industry. Karen has served in engineering and marketing leadership roles with Dupont Tyvek®, Bemis and Smith & Nephew.
Karen has extensive knowledge of industry standards, test methods and best practices related to medical packaging (ISO 11607, ASTM, AAMI, AORN). She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Packaging from Michigan State University and a Master of Business Administration in Entrepreneurship from the University of Colorado Boulder.
As Chief People Officer at Network Partners Group, Alyse acts as the architect for the company’s talent strategy and corporate-culture initiatives. While leading the Human Resources function at Network Partners Group, Alyse offers a data-focused approach to the talent strategy, team building and culture to maximize employee potential.
Prior to her role at Network Partners Group, Alyse founded a coaching and consulting business supporting companies in various industries in leadership development, executive coaching, and strategic organizational development. Previously, she served as the Vice President of Talent and Organizational Capabilities at White Lodging, a privately-held hospitality management company. Alyse served in several executive leadership roles with a focus on people and service including in the customer experience division at United Airlines and in several executive-level operational roles at Wynn Las Vegas.
She brings a wealth of knowledge in the areas of leadership development, culture, engagement, organizational development, and strategic planning. In addition to holding a Bachelor of Science in Business Management, she holds coaching certifications from the International Coaching Federation as well as in the CliftonStrengths program by Gallup.
As the Senior Director of Regulatory Affairs, Ratinder brings a wealth of knowledge and unique perspective to Network Partners Group. She has served in several medical device and pharmaceutical regulatory affairs roles with Abbott Neuromodulation (formerly St. Jude Medical), Cantox Health Sciences (now Intertek), Sanofi Pasteur, Dalton Pharma Services and Novopharm.
During her time at Abbott Neuromodulation, Ratinder served as the lead regulatory representative for new product development teams and CAPA teams. Her role included the development and implementation of regulatory strategies for Class III Premarket Approval (PMA) products, Class II 510k devices and EU Active Implantable Medical Devices. While at Cantox Health Sciences, she provided regulatory consulting services including preparation of regulatory applications such as INDs, IDEs, CTAs, NDS/NDA, ANDS/ANDA and PLAs for prescription drugs, biologics, over the counter drugs and natural health products.
At Network Partners Group, Ratinder leads a team of regulatory affairs professionals providing a range of regulatory affairs services to clients including regulatory strategy, submission authoring and regulatory project leadership to cross-functional teams. She is a RAC Certified regulatory affairs professional specializing in the pharmaceutical, medical device and combination products industries for key markets in the US, EU and Canada.
Kate Pestrichelli is the Vice President of Client Services at Network Partners Group, with a focus on The FlexPro Group, and she is a seasoned leader with over 20 years of industry experience. Kate has been an important asset to The FlexPro Group for the last 11+ years, first starting out as a Senior Project Manager and working her way up to the role that she is today. Kate holds a B.S. in Business Management and an M.B.A. in Pharmaceutical Studies. She has been PMP certified since 2007. In her current role, she works with the team and clients on a daily basis. This not only gives Kate a complete picture of the overall business, but keeps her connected to each individual employee and project, while keeping up with the life sciences industry as a whole.
Drew is an experienced and customer-centric business leader with a successful track record of developing customer solution teams and leading growth initiatives that improve sales execution.
As the Sr. Director of Client Solutions at Network Partners Group, he is committed to working closely with current and prospective clients to understand their unique challenges and resource needs. Once established, Drew and his team help design and deliver solutions that help clients complete the work needed to provide their products to patients.
Prior to joining Network Partners Group, Drew held Account Management, Business Development and Sales leadership positions with Packsize International and W.W. Grainger, INC. In these leadership roles, Drew built client-facing teams to comprehend and proactively address business needs in packaging, commercial, manufacturing and supply chain. In both companies, over a 13-year period, he implemented multi-faceted transformative initiatives that improved execution and accelerated growth of the business units he was responsible for.
Drew holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Mass Communication from Miami University. He resides outside Chicago, IL with his wife and four children.
As Director of Client Solutions, Elon (Lon) brings over 20 years of experience in the medical device field specializing in packaging, labeling, quality, CAPA systems and implementation of UDI requirements for Class II products. Lon’s multifaceted background provides support and leadership to Network Partners Group's packaging consulting, quality assurance, labeling and the Leadership program.
Prior to joining Network Partners Group, Lon held various roles with Baxter Healthcare, Edwards Lifesciences and Danaher with a wide range of responsibility, covering everything from implementing and managing packaging and labeling processes to sterilization requalification and rebuilding a CAPA system. Lon earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Packaging from Michigan State University.
Chris leads Network Partners Group’s Labeling Team, helping medical device and pharma companies bridge the gap wherever resources are needed to execute labeling projects. Chris started his medical device packaging career with DuPont, designing packaging and labeling for X-ray films. After the digital tide claimed the X-ray industry, he joined orthopedic giant Zimmer and spent 16 years in Packaging Development, eventually leading the group before joining Network Partners Group in 2016. In addition to deep hands-on knowledge of ISO 11607, Chris, a graduate of Michigan State University, led Zimmer’s efforts to deploy a Global Labeling System at their sites throughout the U.S and Europe, including delayed, country-specific labeling at their European Distribution Center.
Chris enjoys most craft beers and a good science fiction read. He’s married to the wonderful Shelly, has three adult children and is currently the guardian of two cats and a distinguished tank of freshwater fish.
Tim Wech has over 17 years of product development leadership experience and has successfully commercialized a wide range of class 2 disposable and class 3 active implantable products in the medical device industry. A former PMO manager, Tim is a strong advocate for PM process standardization and the use of visualization tools to clearly communicate project information throughout an organization. As a facilitator and coach, he excels at helping widely distributed teams collaboratively create robust project plans and effective risk management strategies to start strong and stay on the right track throughout the development lifecycle. Tim holds an M.S. in Construction Engineering and Management from the University of Michigan, a B.S. in Marine Engineering from the United States Coast Guard Academy, and is a licensed Professional Mechanical Engineer.
As Director of Talent, Steve is responsible for the development and continuous evolution of Network Partners Group’s industry-leading talent attraction strategy. With a team of professionals, Steve ensures Network Partners Group remains viewed as an employer of choice with the ability to recruit and retain the top professionals from the medical device, pharmaceutical, labeling and quality industries.
Prior to joining Network Partners Group, Steve was a global recruitment leader where he built a global recruitment strategy to position his previous company as an employer of choice. A few of Steve’s accomplishments with Network Partners Group include turning a corporate recruiting ‘Time to Fill’ average from 91 to 24 days and ‘Voice of the Customer Satisfaction Score’ from 43% positive to 97% positive. Steve’s 10+ years of recruitment and talent development experience has driven Network Partners Group to be able to recruit and retain best-in-class talent. As Controller, Kylie manages the accounting and finance operations at Network Partners Group. She guides financial decisions and maximizes return on financial assets by establishing, monitoring and enforcing policies and reporting. Prior to joining the team, Kylie held a variety of roles within the medical device industry working in corporate finance, operations finance and product segment finance.
Kylie earned her B.S. in Finance and Accounting from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business. She is a certified public accountant licensed in the state of Indiana.
As Program Director, Christine leads the business functions of Network Partners Group’s Labeling Solutions team. She is responsible for client satisfaction, business strategy, financial tracking, and project management of the labeling team. Working with the best labeling team in the medical device industry and delivering top-notch service to our clients brings her the greatest satisfaction.
Before joining Network Partners Group, Christine held multiple roles in the field of education including teacher, instructional coach, adjunct professor, grant writer and project manager. During her grant writing and project management years, Christine was able to significantly improve STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematic) education for thousands of students. With the support of Network Partners Group, Christine has been able to collaborate with the local youth club, Baker Youth Club, to create a first-class STEM center for community youth.
Christine holds a Bachelor of Science from Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana (Go Hoosiers!) and a Master of Science from Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana.
